The Most Popular Flower of First Quarter 2021
I last gave you an update on how your flower suggestions are ranking back in January, but we didn't have much data to go on since it was the beginning of the year. Since then, we've gathered over 150 flower suggestions, so I thought it was time to share some more numbers! For a recap on how we find out which flowers are most popular in a bouquet, click here.
#1: Lilac
Creeping up to the third-most-popular flower suggestion ever, lilac's have been a very popular suggestion this year. Lilacs were a sleeper suggestion in 2020, but they've taken the lead in 2021 and climbed the ranks.
#2: Delphinium
Second-most-popular in 2021, delphinium has become the tie for most popular flower suggestion EVER, with a total of 26 suggestions since the beginning of 2020. Tied with Delphinium is Hydrangea, making the current all-time ranking:
Delphinium and Hydrangea
Daffodil
Lily of the Valley
Lilac
Chrysanthemum
#3: Daffodil
Another spring time favorite inching up the all-time leaderboard, daffodils are a popular flower suggestion this year.
#4: Lily of the Valley
Just as popular as daffodils so far, Lily of the valley is keeping up with the rest of the flower suggestions listed here.
#5: Pampas Grass
The gods have heard my praise of textured and dried elements in bouquets! Pampas has so far gotten as many suggestions in Q1 2021 as it got in ALL of 2020. Either brides are reading my posts on fluffy bouquets and dried grasses or pampas are really catching on with this year's wedding trends!
If you have any flower suggestions to add to our ranking, please use the Suggest a Flower button on the Bridal Bouquet Builder app and I will respond to your suggestion by email as soon as I'm able to get it recorded properly! It may take up to 3 business days to receive a reply from me on flower suggestions.
